Rep. Chambers: Democrats’ low-carbon fuel standard doesn’t pass cost-benefit analysis test

On Wednesday, Rep. Kelly Chambers joined with her House Republican colleagues in speaking out against HB 1110, which would impose a low-carbon fuel standard program in Washington. Such a program would raise the cost of gas and goods for everyone in our state, while delivering almost no environmental benefit.
